Order Taking
Order taking is a service where we receive orders to be fulfilled by phone, fax or email. These orders are entered into the MagnumView Fulfilment portal for processing. Order Processing
Orders are received via your staff entering them in the MagnumView Fulfillment Portal -OR- Orders are received via a .csv export from your shopping cart -OR- Orders are received via an XML integration with your shopping cart -OR- Orders are received automtaically becaause you are using our Pre-Integrated Magnum Cart as your ecommerce solution. Order Processing includes reciveing an order, packaging the order for shipment, printing and applying postage labels, generating a carrier tracking number and updating the recipient via e-mail when recipient e-mail is provided. Pick and Pack
Pick and Pack is thr process of retrieving your inventory items from a storage location in the warehouse and packaging them in single and/or multiple quantities and packaing them with other items you sell that may have been icnluded in then same order. Our standard packaging is the free packaging provided by USPS and UPS. If you require specialize packaging (padded envelopes, boxes etc.) you can identify your desired packaging and we will procure it for you and charge reimbursement. Yuu may also choose to to purchase your desired packaging and then have it shipped to our faacilities. Postage & Freight
Our fulfillment systems are integrated with all carriers (USPS, UPs and FEDEX). We also work with most third party shipping interfaces; Stamps.com. Endicia, Shipworx. In most cases, we ship under your shipping account that you establish with the carrier(s) of your choice. We also have outstanding freight rates through our preferred carriers. Please let us provide you with quotes on shipping large quantities of your inventory domestically or internationally. Returns Management
We provide complete Retiurns Management services including RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorization numbers), receipt of consumer and distributor/retailer return items, inspection of returned items, classification of returned items, rehabilitation of return items - re-packaging and updates to QIS (Quantity In Stock). Customer Service Outsource: Service Plans; 25 Tickets per month @ $50.00, 50 Tickets per month @ $100.00, 100 Tickets per month @ $200.00, 250 tickets per month @ $450.00 – Custom plans for higher volume. Based on order resolution issues at 00:02:00 (Two Minute Resolution Per Call) Custom Service Rates available for client defined call and post-call processes.
