Pick Shelving Inventory Storage:
$10.00 per Pick Shelving Unit (4'L x 2'W x 6'H - 4 shelves).
Order Processing:
(Pick and Pack, Postage Labels, Carrier Pick-up) $1.50 Per Order plus .30 per item (Item is either a complete sealed carton or an individual packaged product). We use standard USPS priority boxes. If you want to use UPS or other packaging you may purchase it and ship it to our warehouse or you may indicate to us what packaging you want used, we will purchases and charge you for reimbursement. Standard order processing fees are based on orders processed through our Magnum View Fulfillment Portal
Manual Order Taking:
$2.00 per Order – Includes taking orders by phone and entering in the online fulfillment portal, taking orders by fax and entering in the online fulfillment portal, taking orders by e-mail and entering in the online fulfillment portal. NOTE: There is no charge for order taking when orders are transmitted to us in bulk data formats via an integrated/automated solution.
Order Cancellation:
$2.50 per order – Includes canceling order in ordering system and/or fulfillment portal and adjusting Quantity in Stock.
Kitting and Assembly:
$35.00 per man hour
Retail RMA (returns) Receiving:
$2.00 per RMA (Individual Consumer Order returns)
International/Export Orders:
Add $1.00 per export declaration form.
Wholesale RMA (Returns) Receiving:
$4.50 per RMA (Bulk returns from retailers) – Includes physical case count and match to bill of laden.
Retail RMA (Returns) Receiving:
$2.00 per RMA (Individual Consumer Order returns)
RMA Disposition:
$.30 per item – Includes physical inspection of product packaging and contents, classification as return to active inventory, store for destruction/liquidation/donation or process for rekitting.
