About our facilities:

Location: Our Headquarters is located in Harrisonburg Virginia in the heart of the beautiful Shenandoah Valley beneath the Blue Ridge Mountains. Our facility is 1/8 of a mile off Interstate 81, a major Eastern US commercial thoroughfare connecting the Northern and Southern Eastern seaboard and the Midwest. Our facility is located adjacent to James Madison University’s College of Integrated Sciences and Technology providing us with unlimited intelligent able bodied human resources.  Logistics: Our facility is within 2 miles of the FED EX shipping hub, 2 miles of the USPS regional distribution center and 12 miles form the UPS hub in Fishersville VA.  Our facility is serviced by a number of short and long haul carriers including Old Dominion Freight Lines who provide us with freight services throughout the US and internationally.  Use & Capacity: Our headquarters facility is our primary order processing facility and administrative offices. Our building is 15,000 sq ft with 2,500 sq ft built out for administrative offices and 12,500 of inventory storage, kitting and order processing. We have access to another 100,000 sq ft of flex space available at the Interchange Warehouse complex approximately 2 miles from our location.  Technology Infrastructure: Our facility has a secure computer network providing us with IP based connectivity to the major carriers (USPS, UPS, FEDEX) and allowing us to integrate directly with our fulfillment clients via IP based communications. We also have a sophisticated phone switch providing outsource call center capabilities to our clients for customer service and technical support.  Security: Our facility is secured with alarm sensors at all external entry points and Video Surveillance cameras internally and externally with motion detection capability.  Our surveillance system is triggered by a number of alarm types and immediately begins recording and archiving any event to a remote server in a Tier One Data Center in Miami, Florida.
